MONDAY- Homemade Mac & Cheese- We use the best cheese available for this wonderful dish.  Sharp Cheddar, Provolone and parmesan, with Italian bread crumbs and toasted garlic bread.  A WINNER EVERYTIME!

WEDNESDAY- Lunch- HALF OFF PIZZAS- LUNCH ONLY!  THATS RIGHT WEDNESDAYS HALF OFF OF ALL PIZZAS.  Must eat in and order a drink, not on TOGO orders.  Lasts until four o clock.
Dinner - Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan- Both finished off in our wood-fired pizza oven with the finest mozzarella cheese, served with linguini and garlic bread.

THURSDAY- Ravioli Night- Your choice of threes different sauces: Fuegos own white sauce, marinara, or basil pesto served with garlic bread
Lunch - $8    --    Dinner - $12

FRIDAY- Chicken Piccatta- Breaded White meat chicken with a lemon and white wine sauce, with tomatoes, capers, and your choice of pastas.
Lunch - $8    --    Dinner - $15

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY- Risotto of the Night-  Always great dishes that will keep you coming back for more!
